Training Courses
Objectives
OMEA Advisors offers AML/CFT training courses specifically tailored to the Luxembourg fund industry with content structured by customer type and in accordance with Article 46(2) of CSSF Regulation N°12-02 dated 14 December 2012 on the fight against money laundering and terrorist financing.
Our training courses are developed by Conducting Officers in charge of compliance and the fight against money laundering and terrorism financing in duly licensed alternative investment fund managers authorized in Luxembourg.
Our trainers are at hand after the training session to answer additional questions pertaining to each client’s specific situation.
Customers can choose between online training courses and live training sessions held by one of our experts.
Our live training sessions are typically held virtually, also enabling remote working staff members to attend. Upon request training sessions can also be organised at client’s premises in Luxembourg. Live training sessions can be held in English and French.
Our online training courses can be accessed via the OMEA website allowing participants to complete the training at any time convenient to them. Currently our online training courses are only available in English.
Each participant will receive a certificate of participation upon completion of the training.
